Journal of Cultural Literacy and Education (JCLE) provides immediate open access to all published content based on the principle that freely available research supports the global exchange of knowledge and promotes wider dissemination of scholarly works.

All articles published by JCLE are openly accessible to readers worldwide without subscription fees or access restrictions. Readers are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, and link to the full texts of the articles for lawful academic purposes.
